is a full service auto repair shop

want to provide every one of our customers with reliable and courteous
service, with quality repairs, and with the preventative maintenance that
vehicles need to run smoothly and have a long life. With our free shuttle
to the terminal we make it easy and convenient for you to have work done
on your car when you need it the least; while your away! DIA Auto Service is locally owned and operated. Our sister company, Autotek, has serviced 155,000 cars since they opened in 1989. When you call you will be treated with respect and your car will be worked on by certified technicians with a wide variety of experience on all kinds of vehicles. |

| DIA Auto Service is fully computerized and uses the "ALLDATA" service system to obtain detailed repair and maintenance information on any vehicle. A complete computer listing is maintained on all services and repairs, which can be helpful when you do your taxes or want to sell your car. The shop faithfully sends maintenance reminders to its customers every three months for both major and minor service intervals. | |
| We now have our symptoms sheet online, for you to fill out and send to us, and to print out and keep with you in your car as you drive. So often, little details that seem unimportant provide valuable clues to a difficult problem. As you hear noises, or notice odd jerks or movements, even unusual smells, mark them down on your symptoms sheet, or make a note for a later visit to our site. | As a new customer, you will receive a new customer packet that includes our DIA Auto Service brochure, and a $10.00 off coupon on your next service. (Please ask for this packet, if your service adviser forgets to give it to you.) Within a week or so, we will also contact you by phone to check on your car and to get any feedback you might have for us. We are also sending out a second packet about 3-4 weeks after your visit, that has, among other things, any technical service bulletins for your car. | |
| We have a night drop box for your keys if your dropping off your vehicle after hours. And, if you are returning after hours we can make arrangements for you to pick up your vehicle. |
